Just ask for Licensing # for your state before you give them money,We were going through a Mod. With this attorney and just found out he can not work in our state and our mortgage Co. Will not work with him. They are going to have a meeting on Monday to find out if we get a PORTION of our money back. Here is the Up date just got a message from William Goodrich the attorney we will get all our money back if the services from the new attorney hired are unsatisfactory ;)
