Without my knowledge, MyLife signed me up last year for a $95.40 "annual membership". When the year expired, they began to bill my MasterCard $7.95 a month. I presume I must have thought I was being charged for a one-time search back then, when in fact I was unknowingly being charged for a year.
My bank caught the charges and called me. They gave me the 888-704-1900 number for MyLife. I was only able to get the people at that number to refund the few monthly charges. They said that only "headquarters" can refund the $95.40, and that I must write them, as they "have no phone."
