Gary Fillweber purchased our college planning system. We thoroughly trained him on a webinar initial training which he did come to our office, and he complimented our operations manager by telling us he learned so much and was very pleased with the training. We also trained him on all marketing techniques he would need to become successful. We did not receive any correspondence from him that showed he was not happy. He called his credit card company to reverse the charge and the credit card company ruled in our favor. He appeared to be upset because the credit card company knew he did not have a valid reason to get his money back.
